Edward V. Byrne

Kansas trial lawyer Edward V. Byrne is well-known in the district courts of Johnson County and Miami County, where he began practicing more than 20 years ago. He received his undergraduate degree from prestigious Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., and his Juris Doctor degree from American University Law School, a prominent national institution which has educated some of the country's leading attorneys and judges. After completing his studies Mr. Byrne passed the Illinois and Kansas bar examinations, and he is admitted to practice in both states. He then pursued advanced trial advocacy programs in Chicago, San Francisco and Houston. In 1991, Mr Byrne graduated from the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, the premier trial training organization in the United States. An avid researcher and writer with a scholarly interest in the law, Mr. Byrne has received a mark of distinction in the legal profession by having articles accepted for publication in the University of Kansas Law Review and the Kansas Bar Association Journal.
